We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, shipping companies or BFPO addresses.

 

Any orders placed over the weekend and UK bank holidays will not be dispatched till the next working day.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over charges imposed in individual countries, and cannot predict what these may be. We can deliver to your permanent residential address, or your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at your place of work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods and sign for the parcel.
